the reception staff, they are very nice, I have been upgraded and this is just a good way to me for coming back. Rooms are more than nice and bed so confortable that really mean a 5 star palace hotel. Parking staff, belle man, room maids, bar tenders every single people was great. Breakfast is also a good time to spend the quality is there
